For CRM 4.0 was a tool with the name CrmDiagTool for traces of what the CRM so we can detect the causes of errors that occur in CRM ( http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ benlec/archive/2008/03/04/crmdiagtool4-for-microsoft-crm-4-0-has-been-released.aspx ).
Well, now the tool has been migrated to CRM 2011 and can be used in the same way as before, but now for the new version (not online, of course).

Its use is very simple, here are some screenshots of operation.
Just keep in mind that should enable trace for a short time because they generate files with lots of information very quickly, so I recommend to enable them, to reproduce the error occurs, then stop the trace immediately. This will help detect any errors that occur.
